My mother was an English teacher, and I always loved to write. I became a Christian when I was 18, and discovered a world of important truth in studying the Bible. I saw many discrepancies with what the Bible shows us about following Christ and many of our modern day church service and worship practices and desire to inform people on how to grow in God’s word. The Bible tells us we are like a wise man who builds his house on the rock when we practice the teachings of Jesus. When the floods came and the winds beat upon that house it stood firm and stable. Helping others become effective observers and doers of God’s word is a calling I sensed early on in my younger days of Christian living. I hope to inspire my readers and viewers toward growing in God’s word with whatever I may write inspired by Him. I hope to share poems, Bible studies on the basic tenants of the Christian faith, from devotionals and prayers, to apologetics articles and studies in God’s truth, one post at a time.
