No Wounds Remain in His Soul
written October 28th 2016
Bless the Lord Oh my soul He will raise the weary heart
Bless the Lord Oh my soul He’ll resore comfort, and joys impart
Take your pain to the cross. Leave it there on the shoulders
of Jesus
Take your weakness, count it loss. Leave it there at the feet of Jesus
He calls the weary to come near To bring their brokeness and fears
He has overcome for us, the burdens at his feet we lay
He has suffered with rejection’s pain
He felt our deep heart groans and cries, and shared the feelings of
the lame
Arisen from the dead He was made whole there’s no wounds left
in his soul
In heavenly pastures His mercy rolls, the fruitful vineyard overflows
To impart to us the living bread, to bring us the healing for which he bled
Arisen from the dead, He was made whole No wounds remain, in His soul
Sing this song of faith with me, Jesus please take my infirmities
He called me to Him, my life I bring, not witholding anything
Just to know His love, and believe, the Spirit working inwardly
To the Lord I bring, all of me, confessing my sins and frailties
The Balm of Gilead to us will bring, the kind of healing we have never seen
Arisen from the dead He was made whole, no wounds remain in his soul
