Em C D Em
Did you hear Him declare the victory?
G D C Em
Did you hear Him call your name?

Did you hear Him by His grace proclaim...
                   C Em
We are free, we are free,

We are free, we are free to live the life
                   C Em
We are free, we are free,
                  C G D Em
We are free, because of His sacrifice, we are free.
Em C D Em
Have you ran in the path of His commands?
Em C D Em
Have you talked with Him and surrendered all your plans?
G D C Em
Waiting on Him crucifies the flesh.

Trusting He knows the way, His plan for you is best.
                C Em
We are free, we are free,
                  C G D
We are free, we are free to serve the king

We are free, we are free,
                  C G D Em
We are free, because of His offering we are free

Shall I go up with Him to the mountain of the Lord,
Em C D Em
Though no one goes with me, and the traveling is hard.

To follow Him means I forsake the idols of my hands

Lets give up the things that cause stumbling to enter the promised land
                C Em
We are free, because of grace
                 C G D
We are free, look what grace has achieved
               C Em
We are free, because of grace,

I love studying the Bible about topics that most Christians deal with, and sharing my findings. My hope is to inspire others with the good news of the Gospel and point others to the great and precious promises of Jesus. View all posts by arisewithhope
